Expromanticism
Expromanticism is a new style of painting started by Ali Shahroudi who has been in the art world since the early 1980's. Due to his love and respect for Romantic and Expressionistic Styles, he named his style Expromantic by connecting these two terms. There is also technical reasoning behind this. His colors are usually bright and intense, and this recalls Expressionism. His choice of subjects and freedom of handling somewhat explains the addition of Romantic movement. Of course, the technical innovations have gone far beyond these two styles.
